We collect only what is needed to operate the store, fulfill orders, and keep accounts secure. Last updated 15 July 2026.
This includes account details supplied through Google or email sign-in, delivery contact and address information, order history, product reviews, payment status, device and security signals, and messages you send to our concierge. If you opt into the private list, we store your email address, consent timestamp, and subscription preference. We do not ask you to send full payment-card details or PayPal passwords to us.
Card and PayPal payment details are processed by PayPal. Lumiere Pet does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or PayPal login credentials.
We use Supabase for secure account and order data, Vercel for website delivery, PayPal for payments, and Google Analytics for optional site measurement. Delivery partners receive the contact and address details needed to deliver an order. These providers process information only as needed to operate their service.
We use information to fulfill orders, provide delivery updates, maintain account balances, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve the store. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decisions with legal effects.
Essential technology is used to keep the store secure and functional. Optional Google Analytics is activated only after you choose Allow analytics in our cookie panel. When enabled, it measures pages, product interactions, and completed orders without sending your name, email, delivery address, or payment details to Google Analytics.
We retain account and transaction records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Account information may be deleted or de-identified after a verified deletion request unless we need to retain particular records for those reasons. Our service partners may process data in countries other than yours, subject to their contractual and technical safeguards.
You can change analytics consent through Cookie preferences in the site footer. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your personal information by emailing lunarastudio2024@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Lumiere Pet is not directed to children. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are below the minimum age required to consent to online services in your location.
