These terms set out the basis on which Lumiere Pet offers products, client accounts, payments, and member wallet services. Last updated 15 July 2026.
Our pieces are decorative accessories intended for supervised wear. They are not toys, safety collars, medical devices, or veterinary products, and we make no health, therapeutic, training, or safety claim for them. Check fit regularly, inspect components before use, and remove an accessory during rough play, sleep, water exposure, or any unsupervised time.
Prices are shown in USD. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and an order reference is issued. We may correct obvious pricing, image, tax, or availability errors before dispatch and will contact you if a change materially affects your order.
Wallet balances are prepaid purchase credit for use on Lumiere Pet only. They are not bank deposits, a payment account, cash, transferable value, or redeemable outside the store. Paid wallet credit and promotional credit are recorded separately in our transaction records. Promotional bonuses, complimentary-product credits, and delivery credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be reversed if the qualifying top-up is refunded or disputed. Any refund treatment required by applicable law still applies.
Keep account access secure, use accurate delivery information, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Do not interfere with the store, attempt fraudulent payment activity, submit unlawful content, or misuse promotional credits. We may suspend an account or order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect customers, or comply with law, while preserving rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Please contact our concierge first so we can investigate an order, delivery, or billing concern quickly. This does not limit your right to contact your payment provider, regulator, or consumer-protection authority, or to use any remedy available under applicable law.
The Lumiere Pet name, website, imagery, and original content may not be copied or used without permission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumiere Pet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
The version accepted at checkout is recorded with each order. We may update these terms for future orders by posting a revised date on this page; changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
